Caring for new sisterlocks/small locks is a serious commitment (phew!) and while we understand that things come up that may cause you to miss or have to cancel an appointment, please keep in mind the following: 1. It is imperative that you follow the prescribed time frame assessed by your consultant. This will ensure the integrity and uniformity of your locks for the beautiful aesthetic that most are looking to achieve with this type of lock. 2. Should you need to cancel/reschedule please do so 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations are no fun for either of us. It doesn’t allow us to fill that time slot if you cancel any later. Your time is important to us and I hope you will feel the same about ours. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee in the amount of (up to) the full amount of the service. 3. If you are more than 10 minutes late, please be courteous and let us know. More than 15 minutes may result in you having to reschedule (please see #2) and incur a same day cancellation fee of the entire service cost…we hate that.
